  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk - full fat
  • 1 tsp coconut oil - for frying
  • 4 eggs

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the oil) and let the mixture site for five minutes

  2. Oil up your pan and heat over medium heat

  3. Pour about a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake into the frying pan

  4. Allow each side to brown before flipping it.
