Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or walnut halves
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries, blueberries or other berries (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine the milk, ground flaxseeds, coconut flakes, and walnuts in a small pot and simmer on low temperature for 5 minutes, or until all ingredients are softened and combined.

  2. Top with sprinkle of cinnamon and berries if desired. Serve Hot or Cold.
