Chocolate Overnight Oats
No time for oatmeal in the morning? Prepare these oats the night before. The overnight soak makes them very digestible, and your breakfast is ready for you to step out the door. Make it gluten free with gluten free oats, and dairy free by using your favourite non-dairy milk.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp. chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 2 chopped medjool dates
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 tsp. cacao powder
- Mix all ingredients in a jar.
- Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add liquid if desired. You can eat your oats cold, or heat them up if you prefer a warm breakfast.
