Spiced Mandarin Kiwi Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp. Cloves
- 5 Mandarin Oranges,peeled
- 4 Kiwis, ripe & quartered
- Juice of one Lemon
- 1/4 cup Cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2-1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup Walnuts

Directions:
1)Wash the kiwis. Slice each quarter into 4 bite-size sections, and transfer into a small mixing bowl. Peel the oranges, separate the segments and transfer them into the same mixing bowl.
2)Pour the maple syrup into mixing bowl with the fruit sections. Juice the lemon, remove the seeds from the juice, then add this juice to the fruit mixture.
3)Add the spices slowly starting with smallest measurement and taste before adding additional spices to suit your personal preference.
4)Add the dried cranberries and nuts to the fruit, then toss salad gently to avoid mashing the kiwi.
