Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp red-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, peel, halve lengthwise, seed, and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 c crumbled Feta
  • 1/4 c shredded fresh basil leaves
