Green Onion Cakes

Ingredients:
- 3 c flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 c minced green onion, including stock
- 1/2 tsp of salt

Directions:
1)Add water to flour, with shortening and salt to make a dough.
2)Fold in green onions.
3)Break into 12 little balls, approx. 1 inch
4)Flatten into 5 inch pancakes
5)Fry in skillet until golden brown on both sides
