Ingredients:
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • .75 lb apricots, pitted & quartered
  • 1/2 red onion, coarsely diced
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pinch cinnamon

Directions:

1)Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer uncovered for at least 1/2 an hour, no more than 1 hour, until juice has thickened to a light syrup.
