- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 bunch of beets with tops, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, diced
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
1)In a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions stirring well. Add the beets, celery, garlic and beet greens, mixing well after each addition.
2)Add the seasonings and continue to saute for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
