- chili powder, to taste
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tomato or 1 small garden tomato, diced finely
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed.
- salt, to taste
1)Halve avocado, remove pit and scoop out the flesh. Mash well with a fork. Place in a serving dish, sprinkle with salt (add a dash more than you need).
2)Add a hearty pinch of crushed chill powder, add the lemon and mix.
3)Add garlic and tomatoes, finish mixing with a flourish. Let stand at least 10 min for flavours to co-mingle.
