Ingredients:
  • Filling
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) apples, peeled and sliced
  • 300 g raspberries, unsweetened frozen or 1 1/2 cups (375 g) fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 cup (85 ml) sugar, maple syrup or honey
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) whole wheat or spelt flour
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) cinnamon
  • Crumble
  • 1 cup (250 ml) quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar or brown rice syrup
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Earth Balance Buttery Spread

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F. Mix the sweetener, flour and cinnamon. Add the fruit and mix in well. Place in a baking dish.

Mix the crumble (oats, sweetener, cinnamon and oil). Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.

Bake for 55 min. Serve warm or cold. Serves 6
