  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • pepper to taste
  • ½ pound asparagus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
  • one small lemon cut in wedges
  • 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1)Wash and trim tough ends from asparagus and slice lengthwise.
2)Half tomatoes, season, and mix together with 1 tbsp oil.
3)Place asparagus and tomatoes under broiler until just done 3-5 minutes, shaking occasionally. Whisk together oils, soy, vinegar and seeds and toss with broiled vegetables.
4)Allow to marinate 5 minutes and then serve with lemon wedge.
