  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 4 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

1) Sauté carrots and garlic in coconut oil over medium heat.
2)Chop tomatoes, and add them to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3)Add beans and spices, simmer until thick.
4) Wrap in tortillas
