- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 2 tsp Teriyaki sauce
- 1 pound frozen edamame in the pod
1)In a small pan over medium heat, warm the spices. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes, until the aroma fills the room.
2)Boil the edamame pods in salted water for about 8 minutes, until tender. Drain and pat dry.
3)Toss the edamame with the spices and Teriyaki and serve warm.
