Directions:
Add softer items to your juicer before harder ones to get everything of your ingredients and drink the juice right away for the greatest nutritional benefits.
If you don't have a juicer, you can still benefit from freshly blended juice. Chop the ingredients more finely before you put them in your blender and strain the pulp with a fine mesh sieve when pouring.
