  • 1 medium mango, peeled & diced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c minced green onions
  • 1/4 c raisins
