Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

1) Cream the coconut oil and honey.

2) Stir in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

3) Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a bread pan and bake for 50 minutes.
