  • 2 banana, ripe and chilled
  • 2 kiwi, ripe and chilled
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, ripe and chilled
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. cocoa powder
  • (Can be made with any fruit you like!)

Cube the bread and the fruit, spritz with fresh lemon. Using a sieve or a sifter, shake cocoa powder on top. Toss well and serve.
