  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 3 Apples, quartered, cored & chopped
  • 3 Pears, quartered, cored & chopped
  • ¼ cup Raisins, separated
  • ¼ cup Apple Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Cardamom, ground
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated

  1. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan, over medium-high heat, and add the chopped onions. Sauté for 6-8 minutes or until caramelized

  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, at a low to low-med temperature until all is lightly soft. Remove from heat and serve or store.
