- 2 medium apples, diced
- 2 med. acorn squashes
- 1 c. chopped pears
- 4 tbsp. orange juice
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Allspice
1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2)Slice squash lengthwise and place cut side up on foil-lined baking pan.
3)In medium bowl, combine pears, apples, orange juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and allspice.
4)Spoon mixture into squash cavities.
5)Brush cut edges with any remaining liquid. Bake 45 minutes, or until squash is tender.
