  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice or to taste
  • 1/2 bunch arugula
  • 1/2 bunch spinach
  • Sea salt
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

1)Wash and prepare arugula and spinach leaves, put them in a salad bowl and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
2)Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, add to the leaves, and toss to coat.
3)Scatter the grated cheese on top and it is ready to serve.
