Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 lbs. Garnet Yams
  • 2 Tbs. coconut oil

Directions:

1)Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scrub the yams and rinse well. Cut into home fry wedges, then transfer into a medium mixing bowl.
2)Toss with the oil and spices, then pour out onto a baking sheet and place into oven.
3)Bake for 10-12 minutes on each side, turning fries once with a spatula.
