  • 2 (15oz) can of black beans drained and rinsed
  • 17 oz corn kernels
  • 1 Can diced tomatos
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/4 C chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbs vinegar
