Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chopped mango
  • 3/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any colour)
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 small, ripe avocado, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:
1)Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2)Cover and refrigerate.
