Vegan Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 tubes soft tofu
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
1)Mix oils together in measuring cup. Blend all the ingredients in the blender, drizzling oil in slowly, with motor running, until thick. Store in fridge.
-It will only keep for about 1 week-
