This is also great for a snack or dessert, and it’s easy to make. Don’t hesitate to add seasonal fruit, it tastes great and counts towards your 5 - 10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day 1) After cooking the rice, return grains to a saucepan. 2) Add all of the above ingredients to the rice, and cook on low heat for 15 min, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. 3) Remove from heat.
