1)In a small bowl, mix the mustard, vinegar, oil, soy sauce and garlic together. Transfer sauce to a long, shallow pan. 2)Cut peppers, onions, zucchini and tofu into bite-size pieces. Stick assorted veggies and tofu onto skewers, about 8 pieces of veggies and tofu per skewer. 3)Place the skewers in the shallow pan and use a spoon to pour the marinade over the veggies. Do this a number of times until the veggies and tofu have marinated well. 4)Heat BBQ to medium high heat. Place the skewers on the bbq and grill to taste. |
