Blueberry Brain Booster

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, soaked and drained

Directions:
  1. Soak walnuts anywhere between 10 minutes and overnight. Drain liquid and set aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients and blend
