Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups orange segments with their juice
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit segments with their juice
  • 1 cup peppermint tea, frozen into ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar

Directions:
Blend orange, grapefruit and ice cubes, When almost smooth, add other ingredients.

At under 150 calories, this smoothie will help manage your weight, protect your immune system and leave you with fresh breath!
