Jasmine Honey Iced Smoothie

Source: adapted from Super-Charged Smoothies  

Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed Jasmine tea
  • 1 1/2 cups peaches, diced
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions:
1)Dissolve honey in warm tea, then cool.
2)Once cool, blend all ingredients until smooth.
