Ingredients:
  • 2-3 salmon fillets portions (approx 1/2 side)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 jalapeƱo, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Directions:
1)Mix garlic, oil, soy sauce, cumin and lime juice. Let salmon marinate in it for at least 10 minutes.
2)Grill salmon at about 450-500 degrees for 4-5 minutes on each side, until flaky throughout. Remove from grill and portion into bite sized pieces or simply flake the flesh.
3)Lay tortillas out and spread a little of the sauce on the bottom of each. Divide salmon to each of the tortillas and top with vegetables. Drizzle the remaining sauce over each tortilla and serve with a bit of lime for garnish.
