1)Prepare raspberries and mango the night before. Freeze overnight (or at least 2 hours). 2)Place fruit, yogurt, honey and 2-4 mint leaves in a blender. Pulsing to begin with, slowly add milk until desired consistency is reached. 3)Serve immediately, garnished with remaining mint leaves. |
