1)Sauté vegetables, if desired. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except egg. If refrigerating, do so now. 2)When ready to stuff the turkey, add the egg to bowl and mix thoroughly. 3)Remove giblets, etc, from inside and clean turkey. Pat dry and fill caverns with stuffing. Close the opening, season the bird and cook. |
