Roots, Grasses & Fruit Juicing Recipe

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Juicing Carrots
  • 1/2 beetroot
  • 2x5 inch section of wheatgrass (1/2 a bag)
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • small handful of mint

Bursting with the cornucopia of nutrients from all parts of the plant, this recipe is one of the tastier ways to consume your wheatgrass.

Add softer items to your juicer before harder ones to get everything of your ingredients and drink the juice right away for the greatest nutritional benefits.

Yields 8 to 10oz
