Creamy Miso Cashew Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch of chopped Kale
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced raw broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini

Directions:
1)For the dressing: In your blender add 1 tbsp of boiling water to the miso paste, along with the cashews, lemon juice, garlic. Add more water for your desired dressing consistency.
