Egg and Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
  • 3 large hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard of choice
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • salt and pepper

Directions:
  1. Peel the eggs, then chop them up and put them into a bowl.

  2. Combine the relish, mayo, hot sauce and mustard and mix it up.

  3. Add the tuna and mix again and season with the salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Adjust the flavour as needed (more mayo, mustard, pepper etc...)

  5. Serve with veggies of choice. Carrots, celery, tomatoes, apples....have fun with it!
