Ingredients:
  • 1/2 serving Natural Vega One
  • 2 cups cold water (or 1 and a half cup of water and ice)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (finely grated)

Directions:
Blend Until smooth

Add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
