Ingredients: |
- 4-6 ounces of steak (Leftover cooked steak works great too)
- Thinly sliced sweet bell peppers
- Baby spinach or lettuce mixture
- Sliced tomatoes
|
Directions: |
- Put the lettuce or spinach on your plate.
- Thinly slice the cooked steak and place it on the lettuce.
- Top with sliced veggies and dressing of choice.
- Some dressing suggestions are oil and balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil or possibly a citrus vinaigrette.
