VALT Vegan Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 4 slices bacon flavored tempeh
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • (optional) sprouts, microgreens or other veggies
  • (optional) mustard or other condiments
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. Cook tempeh according to instructions; toast bread to desired doneness.

  2. Spread condiment(s) on bread, top with veggies. Close it up and slice in half - Bam - You're done!
