Strawberry Maple Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Several ice cubes, crushed

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
