- Heat coconut oil and coconut milk in a double boiler on low heat. Stir until well mixed.
- Add chocolate, taking care not to let the mixture get too hot
- Immediately after the chocolate is melted, add wine and stir very well.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish and refrigerate until partially set. Once cooled, use a spoon to scoop out chocolate and form into balls with your hands.
- Roll truffles in cocoa powder to coat. Place on parchment paper, and allow to set in the refrigerator.
