Ingredients:
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup peaches, frozen
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 serving vanilla or french vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
