Mac & Cheese Grilled Sanwich


 Prep Time:  5 min
 Cooking Time:    10 min
 Servings:  2 people  

Ingredients:
  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 serving of Mac & Cheese

Directions:
1. Make macaroni and cheese.
2. Place a slice of cheese on each piece of bread.
3. Layer Mac & Cheese on two of the slices.
4. Put remaining slices on top of the Mac & Cheese.
5. Put in pan with oil and turn heat on medium. Fry until cheese is melted and toast is browned.
