Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup preferred milk
  • ½ cup apple, diced or grated
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • Pinch ginger, ground
  • Pinch cloves, ground
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in an airtight container and store in the fridge overnight.
