Ingredients: |
- 1.5lbs potatoes
- 3 Tbsp duck fat
|
Directions: |
- Par-cook potatoes in salted, boiling water until fork tender. Set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, place the potatoes in a roasting pan and pour the duck fat over them
- Place into 400F oven and roast for 40 min or until golden and crispy
