  • 2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • half an inch of fresh ginger peeled and finely grated
  • three tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup water

1. Start with the best and freshest ingredients you can find.
2. Take two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar, three tablespoons of maple syrup, half an inch of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated, and a cup of water, and mix everything together.
3. Cover the switchel and refrigerate for at least a couple hours.
