Ingredients:
1 beet, peeled and quartered
2 carrots, peeled and chopped in half
2 apples, cored and halved (peel on)
2 handfuls dark greens (like kale, chard, beet greens), chopped
1 tbsp fresh turmeric root, peeled and grated
1/2 a lemon, peeled
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/2 of an avocado, peeled and pitted
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender with ice and water to taste. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
