Liver Support Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 beet, peeled and quartered
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped in half
  • 2 apples, cored and halved (peel on)
  • 2 handfuls dark greens (like kale, chard, beet greens), chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh turmeric root, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 a lemon, peeled
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/2 of an avocado, peeled and pitted

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender with ice and water to taste. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
