Sunburst Slaw

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 small yellow squash, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
1)Mix all of the ingredients for the salad together in a bowl.
2)Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing until well mixed and then toss the salad.
