Greek Salad

  • 3 vine ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 mini cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta (traditionally in slices)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano thinly chopped

The key to making a delicious Greek salad is to use the freshest and high-quality ingredients. Chop up all the vegetables into appropriate sizes, and place in a bowl. Dress with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Place the feta slices on top. And sprinkle parsley and oregano on and enjoy!
