Vegan BBQ Kebabs


 Prep Time:  20 min
 Cooking Time:    10 min
 Servings:  4 people  

Ingredients:
  • BBQ sauce
  • 1 block Tofu
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Green Peppers
  • Zucchini

Directions:
1)Marinate tofu for about 15 minutes in your favourite BBQ sauce.
2)Skewer on wooden or metal shish-kabob sticks alternating with vegetables.
3)Grill on BBQ until golden on all sides.
