Avocado Blueberry Warm Smoothie


 Prep Time:  5 min
 Cooking Time:    5 min
 Servings:  1 person  

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz spinach
  • 1/2 pear
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 oz blueberries*

Directions:
To make:
1) Add all ingredients to blender.
2) Blend for 1 minute.
3) Serve and enjoy!

*blueberries are often bought frozen. If that's the case, remove a handful from the freezer the night before and let them thaw in the fridge overnight. In the morning, lightly warm them in the microwave until they’re room temperature
